Informive may receive contact details, business context, Snapshot responses, Work Study setup details, account information, and messages you submit through our forms and applications.

We use submitted information to respond to requests, evaluate service fit, operate customer accounts, support AIM-related workflows, improve product quality, and maintain security and audit records.

If you use Google sign-in, Informive receives basic profile information needed to authenticate you, such as your Google account identifier, email address, email verification status, and name. Google sign-in does not create open customer self-registration.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, payroll records, health information, private employee details, or confidential financial data through public forms unless Informive has explicitly provided a secure process for that information.

Informive may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, security, and business operations. We do not sell personal information.

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, support customer relationships, meet audit and security needs, and satisfy legal or business obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle.

You may contact Informive to request help with account access, update submitted information, or ask privacy questions. Marketing email includes an unsubscribe path where applicable.
