Data & Trust

Start with useful context, not sensitive detail.

Understand what Informive asks for early, what you can leave out, how Snapshot and Work Study stay bounded, and how deeper services stay human-led.

This is a plain-language product trust overview. It is not a formal privacy policy, legal terms, security policy, compliance statement, or accessibility certification.

Snapshot data

What happens before and after your basic result

What AIM Snapshot collects

AIM Snapshot asks for directional business context so it can generate a basic Snapshot result. The questions focus on business type, goals, operational friction, processes, metrics, tools, and readiness.

What AIM Snapshot does not require

You do not need to provide an email address or phone number to see your basic result. Business name is optional and used only as light personalization when provided.

How your answers are used

Your answers are used to produce your Snapshot result and improve the service. The current basic Snapshot result is produced from structured answers and deterministic scoring rules.

Basic result before contact information

The basic Snapshot result is available after completion without required contact capture. Follow-up is optional after you see the result.

Public result links

Your result link uses an opaque token. Anyone with the link may be able to view the basic result, so treat it like a private link.

Follow-up boundary

Viewing a Snapshot result does not start a sales process. If you choose to share contact details after seeing your result, Informive may use that information to follow up.

Early sharing

You can begin with practical operating context.

What you can share early

Early steps work best with practical, high-level operating context: what kind of business you run, where work slows down, what tools are involved, and what you are trying to understand.

What you do not need early

You do not need passwords, API keys, raw tokens, payroll details, health information, confidential customer lists, private financial records, proprietary files, or sensitive employee information to get started.

When deeper context may matter

Deeper services may need more specific context later, but that should happen only when the next step is clear enough and the right people have agreed to share it.

Confidential details

Directional answers are enough

You should not include confidential details such as passwords, API keys, raw tokens, account numbers, customer names, employee names, payroll, health information, proprietary documents, private financial records, or confidential contracts.

AI posture

AI can support judgment, but it does not replace it.

The current basic Snapshot result is generated from structured answers and deterministic scoring rules. Deeper service decisions remain human-led, and AI is treated as one possible tool rather than the point of the work.

Sensitive-data guidance

Use process-focused examples, not private details.

  • Do not enter passwords, API keys, raw tokens, credentials, or private account numbers.
  • Avoid payroll, health, medical, private employee/personnel, and customer-sensitive data.
  • Avoid confidential customer lists, proprietary customer contracts, and private financial records.
  • Use process-focused examples: handoffs, waiting, rework, tools, reporting gaps, unclear steps, and repeated admin.
  • If sensitive information appears, treat it as a cleanup issue and avoid copying it into notes, issues, or discussion packages.

Assurance patterns

The trust model is practical, bounded, and human-led.

Data minimization

Start with the least sensitive context that can still explain the operating question.

Human-led review

Deeper service paths depend on human review and agreement, not automatic routing from public forms.

Source-of-truth discipline

Commercial state remains in CRM/Sales OS. Public page views and result viewing do not create hidden commitments.

Practical trust choices

Share only what is useful for the step you are taking.

Start with low-detail answers

Snapshot works with directional answers. You do not need customer names, employee names, passwords, files, or private financial records.

Choose follow-up after value

The basic Snapshot result appears before required contact capture. Sharing contact details is optional after you see the result.

Use Work Study with a separate boundary

Work Study setup is reviewed before capture begins and remains framed around process patterns rather than employee performance.

Human-led model

Deeper service work depends on review, context, and agreement.

Human review comes before deeper service work

Snapshot and Work Study can surface useful context, but First Move Review, Audit, QuickStart, and Managed AIM Ops are human-led service paths, not automatic results from a public form.

AI can help, but it is not the product

Informive focuses on practical operational improvement. Where AI is useful, it should support analysis, organization, or implementation decisions rather than replace human judgment.

Deeper services require mutual agreement

Reading about Audit, QuickStart, or Managed AIM Ops does not create a project, proposal, subscription, schedule, payment request, or client workspace.

What does not happen automatically

Public steps do not create hidden commitments.

Starting with Snapshot does not lock you into a service

Viewing a basic result does not start a high-pressure sales process. Optional follow-up is a separate choice after you see the result.

Submitting Work Study setup does not launch capture

A setup request is reviewed before employee access is prepared. It does not send employee links, create a report, or start a paid workflow.

Reading service pages does not activate services

Public pages explain what each service is for. They do not create Audit work, move you into QuickStart, begin Managed Ops, or open a client portal.
